At Almira’s Bakery and Wedding Cake Shop, all of our pastries are made from scratch recipes using only the finest ingredients that date back more than 50 years.  Each one of our experienced tech’s take the time needed to make each of pastries one at a time like it was done at the corner bakery decades back.

Almira’s has a full variety of raised and cakes donuts made daily.  Our coffee cakes and danishes, also are made daily with a light and flaky dough.  Our flavors are second to none ranging from almond and pecan to all sorts of fruits.

We make our pecan and poppy seed nut roll that is so popular during the holidays that we replenish shelves and cases hourly.

Come in and visit our Hammond “full service” location for all of your pastry needs.   Our vast selection of pastries include; chocolate covered strawberries, devil dogs, eclairs, napoleons, canolli’s and the favorite of all generations, Hungarian Puffs.

We serve up individual cake slices such as double layer german chocolate and both cherry and apple pie slices.
